When the body dies, the part of the whole the body is shifts, so the whole shifts. Death is as magical, as sacred, as miraculous as birth.
Since we are not merely a someone outside Life, we keep happening, we cannot not happen. How this continuity is and continues, who knows? ~ Even to speak of continuity may be relative to the human dimension, for time is relative.
However persons speak of this continuance, they speak from within the display, under the influence of the Magic. Even to deny it, this same applies.
That certainty can arise that we, in some form continue, or better, are of eternality, is true, while the how is unspeakable, all descriptions influenced by the mind and its collected images based on varied factors, especially those of culture generally and religion. Yet, the main point is, "Do we see now? Do we invite now the eternal veiled by the magical act of creation?"

do we see even one moment of Love felt
for any person any being
even as one fleeting moment of feeling beauty
or of an inspiration to offer thanks or praise to Something we cannot name
such cannot be resultant of merely powers in time and space
that no amount of shifting matter can give to anyone a sense of the Sacred
these moments cannot not but speak of an Eternal 'behind' the changes
science can rightly point to changes in these moments but cannot explain the source of their potential arising
materialism has no defenseable explanation of these only of physiological transmutations accompanying them
the miracles themselves have no explanation outside the Eternal
and the Eternal cannot Itself be defined from within time and space
so, being in the magical display we can only receive hints of Otherness we can only speak relatively of Something 'beyond'
the Magician remains unknown yet, best known in being unknown
